A is for Alice…in Wonderland…and living next door to

B is for Brisbane, where I currently live

C is for chocolate fondants…my new favourite dessert recipe…actually chocolate anything!

D is for drums…I love to play them, and it’s good therapy 🙂

E is for exercise. I should do more of it!

F is for France. A beautiful country to visit.

G is for “Groot Hertoginnelaan”…love that gutteral Dutch sound.

H is for home-cooking. I miss my Mum’s food, and wish I could cook like her.

I is for Indonesia, where my parents come from.

J is for Jesus…my Saviour

K is for Koninginnedag – Queen’s Day in The Netherlands. Lots of great memories.

L is for lego. We have too much of it in our house, but my son would disagree…thus we have Lego boy, our eldest.

M is for Mum, music and MOPS. It stands for Mothers of Pre-Schoolers, and is an international organisation. You can find out more about MOPS Australia here. Must add in Miss Chatty, who is our youngest child.

N if for The Netherlands…lots of great memories from the time that my husband and I lived there. It’s also where our son was born.

O is for organising. I need to work on this area of my life.

P is for Perth, where most of my family live, and for percussionist, which is what my background is. Also for Princess, our middle child.

Q is for me being the Queen of…umm…hang on…procrastination.

R is for reading. We all love to read in our house 🙂

S is for Sting. Need I say more?

T is for travel, which my husband and I both love.

U is for U2

V is for Venice. A place we hope to visit some day.

W is for Wonderful Husband…I am so blessed with a loving and patient husband, who is also a Wonderful Father to our kids 🙂

X is for xylophone. One of the instruments that I can play.

Y is for yes…a word that I need to learn to use wisely, for the sake of my sanity.

Z is for zzzzzz…something I need to get more of, also for the sake of my sanity!
